Given the demanding nature of our work, we actively seek out military-experienced individuals to consistently exceed our customers' expectations.
At Winston Business Solutions, we have adopted the VEVRAA Hiring Benchmark for the National Percentage of Veterans in the Civilian Labor Force. We also have an annual goal of at least 15% of our new hires to be military veterans and/or reservists/National Guard members.
These benchmarks are helpful tools for us measure the progress and effectiveness of our outreach and recruitment efforts.
